Exchange and Return Policy

HastenComex® is committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. Our Exchange and Return Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and defines the conditions and procedures for returning, exchanging, or refunding purchased products.

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to art. 49 of the CDC, the customer who makes purchases outside the commercial establishment (via the internet, telephone or other remote means) may cancel the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days.

3. Items not subject to exchange or return

Due to the nature and commercial purpose of some products, we do not accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

  • Lots and scrap sold as “as is” or “for reuse of parts”, previously stated in the description.
  • Electronic components whose seal, packaging or physical integrity has been violated after receipt.
  • Products purchased under specific promotional conditions with a final sale clause.

4. Procedure for Exchange or Return

  1. The customer must contact HastenComex® via email info@hastencomex.com , stating:
  • Order or invoice number.
  • Reason for return/exchange.
  • Photos and/or videos of the product received.
  1. Our team will review the case and send you instructions for shipping the product.
  2. Shipping must be done in the original or equivalent packaging, properly protected.
  3. After receipt and analysis, it will be confirmed whether the product meets the exchange/return conditions.

5. Shipping Costs

  • In cases of regret or withdrawal, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • In cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipping, HastenComex® will bear the reverse shipping costs.

6. Refund

The refund will be made after analysis and confirmation of the return, using the same payment method as the purchase, within 7 (seven) business days after approval.

  • Credit card purchases: the refund will be requested from the administrator and may be reflected on the invoice within 2 billing cycles.
  • Purchases via PIX or transfer: the amount will be credited directly to the account provided by the customer.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

HastenComex® values the quality and conformity of the products sold, observing the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and other applicable legislation. This
Warranty Policy defines the conditions, terms and procedures for

1. Scope of Warranty

  • New electronic components : 90 (ninety) day legal warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of receipt.
  • Used or refurbished products : 90 (ninety) day warranty, limited to defects not resulting from misuse.
  • Lots and scrap sold “as is” : do not have a warranty , being intended exclusively for the reuse of parts and informed as such in the product description.

2. What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects that prevent the product from functioning properly.
  • Non-compliance with the technical specifications presented at the time of sale.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper handling or use not in accordance with technical specifications.
  • Defects resulting from power surges, oxidation, natural wear and tear or contact with liquids.
  • Products that have been modified, repaired or opened by third parties not authorized by HastenComex® .
  • Alteration, removal or tampering with original seals, labels or serial numbers.

4. Procedure for Activation
