  • New and refurbished products : 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of receipt.
  • Lots and scrap “as is” : do not have a guarantee.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects that prevent proper functioning or that do not comply with the product description.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, improper installation, oxidation, alterations or broken seals.

5. What should I do in the event of a defect covered by the warranty?

  • Detailed description of the problem.
  • Photos or videos of the defect.
  • Our team will evaluate the case and send instructions for shipping or replacing the product.
  • Shipping costs for defective products covered by the warranty will be covered by HastenComex® .
